Our Team

  • Hajra Munir, LMHC

As a South Asian therapist, I bring both lived experience and clinical understanding to the work I do. I know what it’s like to navigate cultural expectations, family pressures, generational trauma, and the feeling of being caught between multiple identities. These experiences shaped my passion for creating Sakoon Space—a place where South Asians and multicultural individuals can finally feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, relationship stress, identity exploration, and the emotional weight that often comes with balancing culture, family, and personal needs.
I aim to offer a therapeutic space where you feel safe to express yourself, explore your experiences, and build the confidence to create a life rooted in peace and authenticity. I am fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
